How it works

Timeline & logistics

Orders lock in 12 hours ahead. We prep, pack, and text updates so your trays leave our kitchen at peak temperature. Appetizers can be added in any quantity; entrees scale in multiples of five portions.

12+ hours prior

Place your order with menu selections & guest count.

Morning of event

We confirm pickup time and send prep updates via text.

Pickup window

Arrive curbside; trays are sealed, labeled, and ready.

During service

Use included reheating + plating card for perfect timing.

Ordering checklist
  • Contact name + mobile number (for pickup texts)
  • Event date, pickup time, and guest count
  • Protein preferences & dietary notes
  • Tray counts (half = 5 portions, full = 10 portions)
  • Need utensils, chafing racks, or labels? Just ask.
Payment due at pickup (cash, card, or tap-to-pay). Cancel up to 6 hours in advance with no fee; inside 6 hours may incur a prep charge.
